Boning knife by Svord made in Waiuku, Aotearoa

A boning knife for hunters, farmers and chefs by Svord. This knife has a 13cm length blade in 15N20 Swedish carbon steel, with a solid mahogany handle and brass rivets. Presented in a black 3mm triple layer PVC sheath. Pair it with the Svord sharpening steel. It's made to slip into the pocket on this knife's sheath, so you can touch up the edge wherever you are.

Designed by master cutler Bryan Baker and made by his team of knife makers at Svord in Waiuku, New Zealand.

Care Instructions: Hand wash in warm soapy water and dry straight away. Never put it in the dishwasher. Oil the blade occasionally with a little olive or vegetable oil to protect against rust. Carbon steel develops a natural patina with use. Have it professionally sharpened about once a year, or whenever it starts to feel dull.
