Christmas shipping cut-off dates

If you’re planning to send gifts for Christmas please be mindful of the following cut-off dates.

New Zealand: 18th December
Australia: 10th December
South Pacific: 5th December
Asia, Canada, Europe and UK: 1st December
Rest of the world: 24th November

Aotearoa New Zealand

We offer expedited shipping all over New Zealand. You can expect your purchase to arrive in 1-2 business days.

Shipping within Aotearoa New Zealand is fixed at $15, with a few exceptions for large items ($25), extra large items ($35), and oversized ($75). The correct shipping is calculated when you go to checkout.

We offer free pick up in store. Simply choose the ‘Pick Up’ option at checkout and please collect your goods within 3 days of purchase. Your shopping will usually be ready within four hours of purchase.

We are hand-delivering local orders around Ōtautahi (within a 13km radius of the shop) on Tuesdays and Fridays until Christmas. Please ensure your order is placed before 9am on Tuesday or Friday to go out for delivery that day. Delivery starts at $10, find this option at checkout under Shipping Method.

Due to recently implemented tariffs, we are temporarily unable to ship parcels to the United States. We hope to resume this service soon and will update our website as soon as it becomes possible.

Customs charges on international orders

Ownership for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for any additional taxes or import duties. Customs policies vary from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.
