Frances Nation is pleased to ship our New Zealand-made goods nationwide as well as to selected international destinations. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. This page outlines current shipping rates in New Zealand dollars.
Aotearoa New Zealand
We offer expedited shipping all over New Zealand. Shipping within Aotearoa New Zealand is fixed at $20, with a few exceptions:
Large items = $39
Extra large items = $59
Oversized items = $95
The correct shipping is calculated at checkout.
We also offer free pick up in store. Simply select the ‘Pick Up’ option at checkout and collect your goods within 3 days of purchase. Once your order is ready to pick up (approximately within four hours of purchase) you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Please bring this with you for collection.

Customs charges on international orders
Ownership for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for any additional taxes or import duties. Customs policies vary from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.
