Knife sharpening steel by Svord of Waiuku, Aotearoa

A classic butcher’s steel design by master cutler Bryan Baker of Svord. This knife sharpener is made from high carbon Swedish tool steel that has been hardened and tempered.  Equally suited to use in the kitchen, workshop or outdoors while hunting or fishing. A key ring is attached making it easy to hang somewhere handy. Ideal for quick touch ups of slightly blunted knives to produce a razor sharp edge. Taking care of your knives regularly will make them safer and easier to use.
