Returns and exchanges policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch with us immediately. We are happy to accept returns on full-priced items for an exchange or store credit, provided goods are in their original condition: they must be unopened, unworn, unused, in original saleable packaging.
Returns are only accepted if the item is deemed faulty on delivery. Due to the handmade nature of our many of our goods we do not accept returns for small blemishes, makers marks, and slight differences in colour, shape and size to the website photograph.
We do not provide refunds on change of mind. Sale items cannot be returned. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Goods must be sent back to us within seven days of receiving your order, at the cost of the customer. Once received we will either send out your chosen item for exchange or issue you with store credit. Exchanges are subject to availability.

If an item arrives to you and has been damaged in transit, please contact us and we will follow up with our courier.
In the unlikely event of an item being faulty, please email us. Returns of faulty items will be accepted unless deemed general wear and tear. If accepted, we will replace the faulty item at our expense. If the product is no longer available we will offer a store credit or refund.
Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.
Out of stock goods
In the rare event that an item purchased online is out of stock we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.
