Kauri cheese knife made in Hokitika, New Zealand

A practical timber cheese knife, made by hand from native kauri.

Total length 19cm.

Made in Hokitika, on the West Coast of the South Island, Aotearoa.

Care: Hand wash in warm soapy water and dry straight away. Don't soak or put in the dishwasher. Rub with a little food-safe oil now and then to keep the timber nourished.
