A pair of wooden salad servers for tossing and serving salads at the table.
They're made from quarter-sawn Aotearoa kauri, recovered from swamps where it was buried 8,000–10,000 years ago.
Made in Hokitika.
Care: Hand wash in warm soapy water and dry straight away. Don't soak or put in the dishwasher. Rub with a little food-safe oil now and then to keep the timber nourished.
