A handcrafted timber cake knife with a wide blade that cuts and serves. The blade is made from Aotearoa black maire, which gives it a hard, sharp edge.
Each knife is unique, with variation in timber and shape, as the photos show. Carefully crafted and finished, it's a special taonga for your home or a lovely gift for a friend who appreciates good craft and loves baking.

Care: Wash in warm water, soapy if needed, and dry. Not for the dishwasher, and don't leave it sitting in the pot. Re-oil when you like with coconut, olive or walnut oil, wiping off the surplus after a few minutes.
