Gnocchi board made by Steve Marcham in Christchurch, New Zealand

A gnocchi board made from reclaimed vitex, a hardwood. Roll your gnocchi across the deep grooves and the ridges left on the surface help the sauce cling once they're cooked. It has a comfortable handle and a hole for hanging up when not in use.

Care: Wipe clean with a damp cloth after use. Apply vegetable oil occasionally to keep the timber nourished.
