This is the 2.5" Mini Peasant Knife with a solid mahogany handle, an easy everyday carry.

Made by master cutler Bryan Baker and his team at Svord in Waiuku, New Zealand.

Care: Hand wash in warm soapy water and dry straight away. Never put it in the dishwasher. Oil the blade occasionally with a little olive or vegetable oil to protect against rust. Carbon steel develops a natural patina with use. Have it professionally sharpened about once a year, or whenever it starts to feel dull.
