An 8" French cook's knife for heavy-duty chopping, slicing and dicing in the traditional French chef style. A lovely gift for a keen home cook.

Care: Hand wash in warm soapy water and dry straight away. Never put it in the dishwasher. Use a wooden chopping board, and store in a knife block, on a magnetic strip or in its sheath. Have it professionally sharpened about once a year, or whenever it starts to feel dull. In Christchurch we recommend KASS Sharpening Services on St Asaph Street.
