A compact bird and trout knife featuring a carbon steel blade, brass bolsters and rewarewa handle.

Presented in a leather sheath.

Beautifully handcrafted by Jeremy Tye in Ōtautahi, Aotearoa.

Blade measures 9cm. Total length 20cm.

Care Instructions: Hand wash in warm soapy water and dry straight away. Never put it in the dishwasher. Oil the blade occasionally with a little olive or vegetable oil to protect against rust. Carbon steel develops a natural patina with use. Have it professionally sharpened about once a year, or whenever it starts to feel dull.
