A BBQ flipper with a carbon steel blade and mahogany handle. Use for cleaning hot plates, flipping and pressing patties, meat or fried eggs. Equally useful in the kitchen when cooking with cast iron.
To care for the BBQ flipper: hand wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Oil the blade with a small amount of olive or vegetable oil occasionally to build a protective layer against rust. With use and time the flipper will develop a unique patina - a special feature of carbon steel blades.
Scraper blade measures 10cm x 11.5cm, handle is 12cm long.
