Hoot smoked chilli sauce made in Wellington, New Zealand

The dangerously addictive smoked chilli sauce that tastes good on pretty much everything. It’s medium-hot, smokey, richly textured and deliciously savory. Hoot is proudly handmade in NZ in small batches, using a base of sun-dried tomatoes, chillies, red peppers and NZ rapeseed oil for a deep, natural flavor complexity. Try it as a cooking paste, marinade or condiment.
