A beautiful and practical timber cheese knife made by hand from native kauri in Hokitika, on the West Coast of the South Island, Aotearoa.

Care Instructions: Hand wash in warm soapy water and dry straight away. Don't soak or put in the dishwasher. Rub with a little food-safe oil now and then to keep the timber nourished.
