Cheese knife made in Te Miro, New Zealand

A gorgeous little knife made from salvaged timber in the North Island of Aotearoa. Ideal for any cheese platter, it is also a great for spreading dips and butter. 

The knife is sanded and oiled to a smooth finish showing off the beauty of the wood, and comes with details of the timber type and origin, maker description and care instructions.

Each piece is unique so grain, colouring and shape will vary. Timber used is often black maire, kauri or tōtara. Length is approximately 18cm
