Everyone's favourite, this classic lemon curd is made the old fashioned way with no unnecessary ingredients or additives. Made in Wānaka by Kitchen Window using local free range eggs and Yen Ben lemons combined into a creamy, tart and delicious curd. 

This is perfect as a spread on toast, as a sweet pastry filling or for a quick and easy dessert that will wow your family or friends spread it between layers of sponge and whipped cream and serve with raspberry coulis.
