An extra-long rolling pin modelled on the traditional Italian mattarello. The length makes it ideal for rolling homemade pasta dough out evenly – a great gift for anyone with a big kitchen bench or table who loves to cook.

Measures approx. 91cm long and 4.5cm in diameter.

Handcrafted by Steve Marcham in Ōtautahi Christchurch from locally sourced Tasmanian blackwood.

Care: wipe clean with a damp cloth after use. Apply vegetable oil occasionally to keep the timber nourished.
