Hand woven basket made by Mike Lilian using Kakanui willow. Traditionally used as a market basket for gathering fruit and veges, this also makes a beautiful picnic basket and can be brilliant as a log or laundry basket. Mike is one of New Zealand's best willow weavers and the craftsmanship found in these baskets are Mike at his best.
