This chopping board is made from Cleanstone — a 100% recycled material created by the team at Critical, a Māori-owned Auckland company transforming plastic waste into beautiful, low-carbon and endlessly recyclable materials. Each board began life as fishing nets, recycled into food-grade Cleanstone sheets that travel south to us and are cut to shape in a workshop in central Ōtautahi.
Available in two colours — Kererū Blue and Kererū Green — and three practical sizes. The small board is ideal for quick prep or serving, with a hole for hanging it within easy reach. The medium and large boards are made for more serious chopping, with a gripper pad on each corner to hold them firmly in place.
Recycled materials mean every board carries its own unique pattern and will vary from those pictured. Extremely durable and built for everyday use.
