Knife sharpening steel by Svord of Waiuku, Aotearoa

A classic butcher's steel for quick touch-ups of slightly blunt knives, bringing them back to a razor sharp edge. Taking care of your knives regularly makes them safer and easier to use.

Made from high carbon Swedish tool steel that has been hardened and tempered. It's equally suited to the kitchen, the workshop or outdoors while hunting or fishing. A key ring is attached, so it's easy to hang somewhere handy.
