A small ceramic dish made by Jordie MacDonald in Ōtautahi Christchurch. Use it to serve a little treat alongside Jordie's cups, as a trinket tray, or as a dish for a pillar candle.
Dimensions: 10.5cm x 2cm.
Jordie works from a shared pottery studio in New Brighton, Ōtautahi. After a year of testing she created a blend of clay from two Canterbury deposits, Kakahū and Glentunnel, accessed through the Canterbury brick works in Darfield. Her goal is to use the most local materials possible, to be sustainable and to give the pieces local meaning. All the clay is hand-processed: the two clays are mixed together in buckets, sieved, then dried in pillowcases.
Care: Dishwasher safe.
We ship nationwide across Aotearoa New Zealand and internationally to selected destinations.
