With a sharp tool steel 20cm blade, brass bolsters and a beautifully finished cow bone handle, this will be the best knife in your drawer. Each knife is unique as the grain of bone will vary. Peter does every part of the process, from forging, grinding and hardening blades to making the boxes that carry them.
