Tapered rolling pins crafted in the traditional French style preferred by professional bakers and chefs. The timber is from a local wind-felled Tasmanian blackwood, turned on the lathe before being sanded and oiled by hand, all by Steve Marcham in his Ōtautahi workshop.
Choose from two lengths: the long pin is great for rolling out large quantities of pizza and bread dough, biscuits and pastry, the short option is really handy if you have a smaller kitchen with minimal bench space, or for making roti and naan, and is a great size for kids to use.
Short: 28cm length, 3.2cm diameter
Long: 44cm length, 3.5cm diameter
