Before using lightly rub with salad oil. To clean wipe with damp cloth or rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth or paper towel. Occasionally re-oil with vegetable oil. Never soak wooden objects in water or expose to direct sunlight for long periods of time or put them in the dishwasher.
