A perfumed and warmly spiced gin containing 9 organic botanicals. Autumn conveys the fragrance of the Hawkes Bay harvest.

Batch distilled in Hastings Distillers' 150L Arnold Holstein still and cut to strength with Kaweka spring water. Top notes of Mandarin, Quince and Juniper. Cassia bark and fresh Tarragon bring warm spice and a touch of anise to the palate.
