BioGro certified organic riesling from Greystone’s vineyards in Omihi, North Canterbury. Grown on clay/limestone. Hand harvested and fermented as whole bunches for 12 days in stainless steel. Basket pressed back to stainless steel. 20 months on lees, bottled without fining, filtering or preservative.
Vita wines are made by hand in Omihi, North Canterbury from BioGro certified organic fruit from single vineyards. The wines are made without any additions so they can be bottled and enjoyed in an energetic and living state.
