BioGro certified organic Pinot Gris from Carrick’s Cairnmuir Terraces vineyard in Bannockburn, Central Otago. Planted in 1994 on their own roots into wind blown loess.
Hand harvested and fermented as whole bunches in stainless steel for 10 days. Pressed to tank and aged on lees for 9 months before being bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no additions.
