Spurtle made in North Canterbury, New Zealand

Regular price $49.00

Spurtles are back. A traditional Scottish kitchen tool dating back to the 15th century, used to stir porridge, soups and broths. Decorated with the traditional stylised thistle at the top, the rod-like shape means that porridge can be stirred without congealing. Hand turned in pine by Jock Grant.

Length: 30cm
