Corner spatula handmade in rimu by Courtney Petley. The hole in this spatula has a significant purpose: it prevents over-stirring. Food easily passes through the hole as you stir. The flat edge will scrape food from the bottom of the pan, while the rounded edge does the same for the curved edge of the pan. This makes it the most perfect utensil for risottos, and for baking.
Petley goods are made from recycled and reclaimed Aotearoa native timber. All pieces are finished with food safe Aotearoa made beeswax. Each item is individually hand made, and is completely unique in form and grain. The piece you buy is one of a kind, therefore your purchase will vary slightly from the product image.
