A beautiful handcrafted paring knife by Peter Lorimer made with D2 tool steel and timber handle. Peter does every part of the process in his Omakau workshop, from forging, grinding and hardening blades to making the boxes that carry them. Care for it well and this knife will be with you for a lifetime.
The knife pictured has a tōtara handle, but each knife is unique: the timber and grain varies but is always beautiful.
