This spade's high tensile blade has a tapered spike to penetrate tough rock and clay soils to help cultivate below the root structure without leaving large air pockets. The T-bar handle is designed to easily screw the blade around forming a round hole for larger pots.
Designed for commercial planting projects, these planting spades are extremely durable, and hard wearing, offering high productivity. The straight (parallel) shaft spades give better and more accurate penetration, whereas the offset shaft spades are better aligned pushing/pulling on the spade to cultivate and open up the soil.
