This iron pan is perfect for frying, grilling and serving. Much lighter than conventional cast iron pans this iron pan is a typically used by chefs in a commercial kitchen setting because it is easy to lift and toss and can be easily moved between hob and stove. It will season with use and quickly become your favourite pan for most dishes as it cooks with a great even heat and holds it's seasoning well. Yes it makes great crepes too!

Care: To start the seasoning process, wash and dry the pan thoroughly. Coat in vegetable / cooking oil and place in oven at 180 degrees for 60 mins. Expect the pan to change colour - usually slightly golden to dark grey.
Hand wash the pan with a non metal brush in warm water. Dry thoroughly straight either with a towel or by placing the pan on low heat. Occasionally wipe pan with olive oil to keep it happy.
