Kirsch marmalade made in Christchurch, New Zealand
Handmade bitter marmalade with chunks of lemon, grapefruit and orange. A dash of kirsch liqueur adds a slightly sweet and boozy touch. Delicious, perfect on buttery toast, in desserts, cakes, and as a glaze for baked ham.
Ingredients: Fruit (48%) [oranges, grapefruit, lemons], sugar, water, Kirsch Liqueur (1%) pectin, acidity regulator (330), dash of skill.
