Made purely from 100% New Zealand apples carefully selected from the sunny Hawkes Bay, this Apple Cider Vinegar has been traditionally slow aged for a year in French oak. 

On every label you can trace both the vintage of the apple harvest, and which apple varieties were crushed to create that particular bottle along with some recipe ideas of how to drink and cook with our Apple Cider Vinegar.
